Resistance Band

2 x Yoga Blocks

Week 2 Exercises:

3 Sets - No Rest between exercises or sets

Shoulder dislocates x 10 reps.

Wall T-Spines x 10 reps & hold for 10 seconds.

Scapula Push Ups x 10 reps.

Swimmers x 5 reps.
